Title: a manual of golems, volume III
Once a golem is given life, it will recognize the first person who speaks as
its master. After your golem recognizes you, it will need to be given a name
(just 'say' the name, and it's a good idea to keep it short). Once the golem
has been named, give it commands by saying the name, followed by a comma,
then the action you wish the golem to perform.
Example:
Druid says, 'it's alive!'
A clay golem says, 'Master Druid, by what name shall I be called?'
Druid says, 'hurf'
A clay golem says, 'Yes master Druid, I shall now answer to the name hurf.'
Druid says, 'hurf, sit'
A clay golem sits down and rests.
