Title: the Book of Lies

This thick tome is written in a letter substitution cipher. There are a few
illustrations, depicting portions of rituals, but without any context they
don't reveal much.

The only clue to the book's identity is the black swan depicted on the
cover - the holy symbol of Cygnii, god of lies.
