Title: a book called 'Merilon'

Merilon was once a great city of beauty and wealth.  They prospered from 
both a world wide trade and close proximity to the Demon Realm.  For
demons though they have no need for gold and precious gems, of which
they have a lot of, trade them to humans in exchange for observing rights.
But all of this was destroyed the day Kamal fought Hephestus at the city
gates.  It is said that Merilon still exists but is populated entirely but
Murk dwellers now.  And even though it was destroyed many treasure hunters
have lost their lives searching for it.
