Title: a book called 'Magic Resistance'

Magic Resistance is always changing.  The stability of magic resistance
is always dropping while the potentcy of Magic strength is increasing.
If this being true the amount of magic resistance that one may obtain
will continue to drop.  At present a person can obtain about 95% magic
resistance. Look for this number to go down.

A footnote is written in red:

A common theme of ancient writings is that 'things are going downhill
and will only get worse'.  This is a classic example - 95% magic
resistance was clearly an extraordinary amount at the time this passage
was written, yet today many heroes are known for possessing artifacts
that grant perfect immunity.  Many other fields of study turn up
similar references.
