     Artifact Lore Volume V: Blight

While the sorceror Shi'Shitan was preparing to do battle with the demon
Sei'Saarak, the destroyer god entrusted him with a blade named Blight. The
weapon holds a permanent enchantment which causes wounds made by it to become
immediately infected. Being a god-made weapon, the sword exists on multiple
planes, and is fully effective on extraplanar creatures. After the battle
between Shi'Shitan and Sei'Saarak, the sword was entombed somewhere in or
near a village east of Grae Keep.
