Title: a weighty tome

Across the top of the cover is the title 'The Tome of Armors'. Below that are
some magical runes that apparently form a spell when recited. You open up the
tome and discover that it explains how Armor Class Apply functions on various
types of armor. Flipping through the rather boring reading material you find
a table which sums it up neatly and concisely:

Armor Class Apply chart --- all multipliers are x1 unless otherwise listed.
arms...........x1.5         head...........x2.5         legs...........x2
body, about....x2           held...........x0           wielded........x0
body, on.......x3
For example, a breastplate with 4 AC-apply would give you an actual armor
class of 12. Note: any additional or magical AC-affects have a multiplier 
of x1, in other words they are directly added to or subtracted from your
armor class. The higher your total armor class, the more difficult it is for
your opponents to hit you.
