Title: Gelithar's bloodstained journal

This small journal has been mistreated by inconsiderate bookhaters.  The
book is tattered, as if slashed several times, and the cover and some of
the pages are bloodstained.  Most of the dates are shorn away as by a
powerful slashing blow.  I am worried.  I have begun having nightmares
about things looking at me from the mirrors.  Gyr only laughs, but Gyr was
in league with Regnor.  

The mirrors still haunt me, last night I thought I saw a man's face.

One of them began emerging from my mirror last night.  It was horrible,
globular, and crystal like.  I smashed the mirror and the creature chimed
and died.

It's he!  I saw Regnor peering from the mirror again.  I smashed it.  I
tried to talk to Gorlad, but, he thinks, because I have been drinking 
to calm my nerves, that it was merely drunkenness.

ZagGortheg doesn't listen either.  I must try and stop them.  I've smashed
all the mirrors in the palace.  But, I thought I heard chimes.
