Title: a book entitled 'The Art of Supernal Chandling'

This is a thin book--it's only a few pages.  The book is bound in the front
and back with white cloth.  The front cover has the book's named inked on
it in a cursive script: The Art of Supernal Chandling.  A cursory
examination of its contents reveals explanations of magic words and pictures
of candles with detailed instructions on how to work the magic properly.
