Dream Nectar can only be attained through the service of a Dream alchemist.

Who claim that it is a long, drawn out process, where each ingredient is
slowly added one piece at a time, while it slowly simmers at a low
temperature and is consistently stirred. Once this is complete, the one
wanting to enter the dream of the other drinks from the potion, wets his
finger and touches the forehead of the sleeper, only through this method
can the essence of the Dreamer be caught.

Once this is done and they touch the dream mirror of the sleeper, the
drinker will physically manifest within the dreams of the sleeper. Their
interactions within the Dreamscape will have implications for the drinker
as well as the dreaming host.
