Title: a manual of gainful exercise

This thick tome contains exercise instructions and diet suggestions, albeit
in a very forceful tone.  The book is written in second-person point of
view, with all capital letters and nearly every sentence ending in an
exclamation point if not several.  It also keeps referring to the reader as
"BROTHER".
