Title: a crude sign

Someone has erected a pile of rubble and placed an old washboard on top of
it to act as a sign.  There is an arrow pointing northward and a message
in dark red (maybe blood) which reads:

KUM JOYN AR BEECH PARTEE.  THIS WIL B FUN AND IS DEFUNUTLEE NOT A TRAP.
