Description -----------------------------------------------------
Phraqtalea is short and of skinny build, with brown eyes. Her dark
brown hair is long, carefully braided and pulled back. Her ebony skin
is glossy. Her nose is short with flaring upturned nostrils. She has
sagging jowls and a thin-lipped mouth above a folded double chin. She
has a scar running down her left cheek. She looks fairly young and
fresh.
