He is a strong and fearsome looking warrior, with a variety of weapons and bags. As his cloak moves in the wind, you notice his sword, and recognize it. It's the fabled Blade of Dreams, the mystical sword of the Dream Weaver, the Sandman. You look to his face, and you notice his eyes are pure green, like two glowing emeralds. Around his neck is a leather strap, with a ring and a medallion of black onyx with a blood red "T" etched in its center. He briefly nods his head at you and says, "See you in your dreams". He then whispers a few words in a strange tongue and vanishes within the vortex of sand.
