Soft, strawberry blond curls frame an adorable heart-shaped face that
almost always seems to smile with a happy, girlish innocence. When you look
into her twinkling, sky-blue eyes, you notice a deep intellegence and
wisdom within that makes you guess she might be older than she looks. She
has a small nose above full red lips that either part to reveal shiny white
teeth when she smiles, or pout when she is sad. Her smooth, lightly tanned
skin glows softly when exposed to the sun. slender arms and legs move with
surprising grace and agility for someone her size, giving her th e ability
to travel long distances on foot or carry a lot of items. Small, delicate
hands can be glimpsed idly carving away on different materials, or
carefully preparing a brew for a much needed battle. her gentle, yet
carefree demeaner gives the empression of someone always at peace with the
world. However, the magical power that resides in and around her suggests
that if angered, she could cause serious damage and distruction to anything
and anyone in her way.

History ---------------------------------------------------------
When Shaily was born, her mother knew instantly that her child was
different.  In some ways, she was beautiful, always being able to call and
communicate with animals in a special sort of way that drew them close, 
and she had a special talent for helping the sick and wounded.  In others,
however, she was dangerous and distructive. This was because she could
almost always control nature in some way, form or fassion.  If she was
happy and carefree, the sun would always be shining in her small town.  If
not, however, she could cause the air to be frigid, making blizards and
other horrible storms rip through any area she was currently in.  She also
never seemed to age above the age of 6 or 7, which baffled doctors and any
expert on aging.  Her mother was so overwhelmed by her daughter's
abnormality and differences between her and the rest of the town that she
made a terrible decision to send her daughter away and forget she ever
existed. One day, Shaily was sent to a special academy for children with
abnormalities.  Most people paied her no attention because they were afraid
of her, but one person in particular took her aside and introduced her to a
portal in the headmaster's office.  She told shaily it took her to this
current relm, where she could learn all about her special powers no one
else knew about.  The next day, Shaily traveled through the portal and into
this relm.  When she arrived, however, she forgot her mother and everyone
else in her relm, as well as her problems.  She seemed to forget what
little she knew about her magical powers, but that didn't seem to matter
much anymore.  Today, 10 years later, she resides here, the everlasting
youthfulness present, still eager to learn as much about her magical powers
as she can.
