Legends about of strange beasts in the Karnash Mountains, a range of rugged
uplands in the extreme northeastern mainland. Goatmen, white mammoths, rocs
with wings that blot out the sun are but a few of the creatures reported.
One story of note speaks of the Zlatorog - an elusive white ram that is
said to grant wishes to those that can capture it. There have been many
sightings of Zlatorog over the centuries, but tales of its capture or
slaying have not been forthcoming.
