Ghuls are one of most unusual undead creatures known to exist. They are the
risen corpses of djinn, imbued with a terrible bloodlust. They arise mostly
from the janni tribes of the prime material plane. However, on very rare
instances a greater djinni on the Astral Plane of Air will cling to a life
of lust, jealousy or rage, rising as a wretched, hateful greater ghul.
