The outpost of Draj straddles the Kings' Highway, right on the dividing
line between the salt flats and the Rud'Jali Desert. The Naginag Combine
provides a garrison to watch over their salt-mining operations and to
maintain a presence on their western frontier. It is a desolate place, and
soldiers stationed there often suffer from depression and homesickness.

The general storekeeper in Draj is a veteran and is conscious of issues
that affect active military personal. He could use a hand boosting morale.
