Rule 1.3 - Thou shalt not screw with mobs in newbie zones

This includes moving mobs, imprisoning mobs, bringing in mobs from other
areas, slaughtering low level exp mobs just because you can, and any
other interference that might confuse new players.

A good example of this would be to repeatedly clear out every mob in the
stony field, causing new players to wonder if they're in the right place
and depriving them of the experience they will need for the graveyard.

The safest course of action as a high level player is simply not to go
to newbie areas.

Exception - you may kill fame mobs, but only once to get the fame.
