Rule 15.2 - You are responsible, not your character

If you break rules, punishment is not limited to the character that
was directly involved.  You are responsible for all the characters
under your control, whether in an account or not. Breaking the rules
on any one of your characters could result in your entire account
being locked.

Example:  If you create a throwaway newbie character and use it to
spam channels, every single character in your entire account may be
locked or frozen, and/or you may be sitebanned.

Example:  If you use a mid-level character to illegally pk someone,
every single character in your entire account may be locked or
frozen, and/or you may be sitebanned.

You are responsible for the actions of your characters.  When you use
a character to do something illegal or dumb, the penalty falls on you,
not just the character you used.
