Rule 3.4 - Thou shalt not summon other players without their consent

Being summoned when you aren't expecting it can be an irritation at a
minimum, and can result in very bad consequences (including death) in
other cases.  You should never summon someone unless you have their
permission.

There is a clear and obvious exception to this rule - you may summon
pk or ppk characters, within certain restrictions, if you intend to
player kill them:

You MAY NOT summon a pk to a dangerous monster or area if there's a
chance that the monster or area will kill them instead of you killing them.

A ppk player MAY summon another ppk player to a dangerous monster
or area with intent to kill them.
