Rule 7.5 - Informational - teleport

If a mortal recites teleport on a mob, they are NOT responsible as to what
the mob does or where it goes.  Gods may relocate or kill the teleported
mob.  When relocating the mob, they may only put in back in its proper
place, and only if the room is unoccupied by mortals at the time.

Note that killing the mob may allow it to repop normally, even if the room
-is- occupied by mortals at the time.
