Item description:

This cloth skirt is about knee-length. It is made from wool that has been
dyed the colors of the Rubicon Principality: squares of dark blue with
bright yellow thread woven throughout, banded by twists on many-hued
fabric. The back of the kilt is pleated. It is held in place by a broad
leather belt, which bears a buckle depicting a crown over a dagger next to
a book over a castle, the seal of House Rubicon.
