Item description:

This is a long, slender lance made of a lightweight blue metal.  Tiny bolts
of white-blue electricity occasionally spring forth forth from the tip of
the lance, harmless dissipating after travelling a few centimeters.  The
lance's narrow guard has silver runes carved into it, and the handle is
wrapped with strips of white leather.
