Item description:

This necklace consists of a cord woven from hairs from the mane of a silver
dragon, with a pendant of dragonscale dangling from it. The edges of the
scales are rough and slightly tarnished, indicating that they were shed
naturally by a dragon rather than taken from the hide of a slain one.
Etched into the silver is a holy symbol of Talos, god of storms.
