Item description:

The polearm's striking end has a hammer with four prongs protrudes from the
hammerhead.  It has a curved spikes on the head's reverse, and a long
straight spike from the top like a miniature spear.  It is designed
specifically for use against armored opponents, smashing armor with the
hammerhead, puncturing it with the end spike, or tearing it away with the
reverse spike.
