Item description:

These greaves of iron are exquisitely molded into the form of two oversized
shin bones, set in coffin-like frames.  At the top of each greave is poleyn
shaped like a stylized humanoid skull, with oversized fangs, an angry 
furrowed brow and no lower jaw. They come attached to quilted black padding
that extends up to midthigh.
