Item description:

A long black banner hangs from the crosspiece at the top of a stout iron bar.
A silver skull, hideous in shape with long fangs and an angry furrowed brow,
is depicted on the gold-trimmed black field.  A bar of bronze at the top
bears the inscription:  LEGION EIGHT  - DEATH. Animal furs, tusks, teeth,
claws, and skulls are hung on the standard, tokens of victory for this
sinister legion.
