Item description:

This is actually more of a severed hand than a claw.  Thin, long bones are
hidden under the bluish-white tanned hide, with more conventional leather
straps allowing you to grasp and wield it as though it were an extension of
your own hand.  Each of the fingers has a long, dark blue claw of suprising
strength, and wearing it you feel a creeping cold flow into your hand.
