Item description:

This long, wickedly sharp sword is crafted from the finest steel possible.
It is named the Magebane for its edge, which is covered in many small
serrated points. The combination of the sharpness and these tiny barbs
cause painful, jagged wounds in the target, disrupting concentration and
thus spell casting. Runes engraved along the blade would provide some
protection against most magical attacks and the dragon-eye gem inset in the
end of the handle would provide the wielder with some shielding from a
dragon's breath.
