Item description:

This exceptionally well made short sword is just over three feet long.  It's
thick, double-edged, silver blade is straight at the base and then widens
toward the end, providing more of a cutting stroke.  Well enchanted, it
actually aids it's owner in the arts of evasion in combat.  It's perfectly
balanced blade is easier to handle than a dagger, yet a large amount of
physical strength is required to pull of the complex moves that this blade
allows to be used.
