Item description:

This wide bracer was made from the skin of a dragon. The bracer is
covered in glowing yellow scales and has a very rough texture. It has
a set of ties to widen or make it smaller, so all may use it. On the
inner side is a large J with a circle around it. This must be a mark
of the skinner who made it.
