Item description:

This long, extremely sharp double edged weapon looks to have been crafted
out of a mix of frostshard and snowsilver. The guard has been formed into
the shape of a dragon's head and has been designed in such a way that the
icy blade sticks up through the dragon's open mouth. Like its dual edge
this weapon has been magically enchanted in two different ways. The first
enchantment gives the weapon an icy breath attack, while the second
provides the user with additional protection against any fire or breath
attack. It might be fairly heavy and slow, but it could easily part most
armor with deadly accuracy.
