You hold an odd little item in your hand wondering what it is when you notice
a tiny blue gem embeaded into the center of it.  As you strain your eyes to
get a good look at the gem, you notice what appears to be smoke swirling
around inside.  You are just about to give up on it when a semi-circular
translucent disc surrounds you.  Strong enough to hold out any quick physical
attack, yet oddly enough, it doesn't impair your ability to swing outside it.
