Item description:

The cloak has a tall hood to cover the face with if needed, and is big
enough to cover your whole body if needed.  While not very elegant, it
serves the purpose of covering you and may even make it harder for
someone to hit you.  As you move it billows up and out making it
difficult for an enemy to tell exactly where to strike. Dozens of
fox-eye spangles are sewn to it.
