Item description:

This is a well crafted scimitar that measures nearly four feet in length.
The extremely sharp blade is deeply curved and very wide. Brightly glowing
runes have been etched along both sides of the three foot blade. These
runes are said to increase the wielders constitution. It has a simple hand
guard and the handle is double wrapped in heavy leather.
