Item description:

It's a nice, compact weapon. Just holding this weapon for only an instant
you can tell there's no doubt this weapon is well balanced and unusually
light weight. A couple of practice swings yield that this is a very fast
sword to use. It's so fast it even gives you the impression that you're
actually moving faster. At least, everything else appears to be moving
awfully slowly.

The gently curved steel blade has a shiny blue sheen to it that flashes
very brightly when exposed to light. When you touch it, it creates a bright
light of it's own, sending out a dazzling spark of energy that does not
harm it's wielder. The handle has a knob on the end of it to help keep it
from flying out of the wielder's hand, and the unadorned hilt is just big
enough to prevent the wielder's grip from sliding out onto the blade.

Looking closely at the blade leads to the discovery of a message engraved
in small lettering just at the end next to the hilt. It reads: "Hurricane,
THE SWORD OF THE ELEMENTS". On the other side of the blade, the same
distance from the hilt is another message: "Beware the incredible elemental
powers given to my wielder by my use".
