Item description:

This set of silvery bands has been crafted to be used on either the legs or
arms. Straps along the sides are used to secure it in place. An eight pointed
star has been engraved on the bands front surface. Inset in the middle of
this star is a round piece of sunstone that glows a bright yellow.
