This is a long silken cape, made of the finest material known to man
as silversilk. Only the elves know how to weave this marvelous, magical
cloth, which is as light as silk while nearly being as strong as
steel. It has been embroidered with intertwining designs about the
hem and a small silver clasp holds it closed.
