Item description:

This thick whip is made from heavy cowhide, dyed red and textured like
serpent scales. The handle is wrapped in black rayskin and has a brass
pommel shaped like a serpent's head. The tip of the whip is forked like a
snake's tongue, and each fork is tipped with a brass fang.
