Item description:

These sleeves are made from a dark purple fabric and have several strange
symbols embroidered along them with deep blue thread. Each symbol seems to
twitch ever so slightly when not looked at directly, the movement creating
a tiny flash of indigo light that causes the whole piece to glow in waves.
