Item description:

This fungus seems to ingest fresh air from around you and transform
it into a vile gaseous exhale.  The mere whif of this gas makes your
nose-hairs curl and you feel as though you had to sneeze but just can
not get the sensation out of your nose.  The fungus is altering your taste
via smell, and your mouth tastes like mouldy swamp-water.
