Item description:

This black scepter is carved from the tooth of a powerful demon lord. It
stinks of sulfur and is hot to the touch. Its head, carved from the root of
the fang, weeps sticky brown fluid. Power flows from the tooth, burning
into you even as you look, but you feel the gods grow distant in the same
instant.
