Item description:

This set of blackened steel brigandine has been crafted to look like dragon
scales.  Each scale appears to have been formed individually by a metal
smith and who then attached each piece using an intricate system of leather
and steel links. The metal shimmers and reflects light very much like
dragon scale would.
