Item description:

Polished bone sweeps over each shoulder, rising slightly at the ends. It is
of one piece, the back a strip of bone which dips down the back a few inches.
The front is hollowed out for the neck, and a strand of short gold links
dangleing from a clasp. Grooved dragon runes have been etched into the
surface of the bone, though you can make out none, for as soon as you focus
on one, it twists and becomes another.
