Item description:

This is a long wooden pole that ends in a Y shape.  A green, triangular
pennant hangs from the pole, and that banner has a slithering black snake
with red eyes on it.  Ribbons and bells are hung from the edges of the
banner, along with a sign that reads "THIRD LEGION  ARMS OF THE QUEEN". 
Most prominent amongst the charms is a silver statuette of a jaculus with
wings extended.
