Item description:

This girth has been crafted out of a mix of leather and lightweight
steel. A dragon painted black has been engraved into the front of the
girth with a pair of dark green gems used as eyes. It's said these gems
have the ability to transform some of the user's mana regeneration into
a boost to their warrior skills.
