Item description:

A thick leather belt that is fixed with a gleaming steel buckle.  Spaced
evenly along the wide leather are steel plates to protect the wearer and
the spaces in between are detailed with tiny yellow green gemstones.  The
buckle is adorned with a similar gemstone, but this one is much bigger and
has the appearance of a shimmering cat's eye.  Elliptical in shape with a
domed surface the gem has a milky white band running through and when
viewed under candle light, will alter its hue to one of pinkish purple.
