Item description:

This lance is made of a white metal which sends out beams of light at
random intervals. The sparks seem to focus at its top. Runes have been
engraved on its shaft, speaking of the power of the thunder being released
on contact with an enemy. But for now, the weapon itself doesn't make any
noise.
