Item description:

It's a glass wand formed into the shape of a dragon of the oriental sort,
just a little bit larger than the length of your hand. The intricately made
scales are a deep green, and it's belly is a light yellow tint. It's four
powerful legs are scaled green, and it's gleeful face is frozen in a moment
of producing beautiful red and white fire. The fire stretches out
wonderfully in a shape that looks like it could be hitting something,
almost mushroom shaped. It's golden taloned wings are outspread and poised,
concentrating on the unfortunate target of the dragon's fire. The great
things consist of very thin glass, made to look weathered and worn, and
three major 'bones' supporting them. Along the glass, wards are
finely-etched on the dragon's wings, jaws and eyes, giving it infinite
power. Holding it results in the dragon's wings taking control for flight,
its jaws ready to spit flame and its eyes conveying magical sight to the
holder.
