Item description:

Two finely crafted metal fists, cast from silver.  They are hollow and
significantly larger than human hands. The hands end at the wrists, and
metal handles have been placed inside, allowing a user to wear them over
gloves or gauntlets. Small conjuration runes decorate the handles inside
each fist.
